Return Policy
- For the products that are originally bought on the Hitage website, we provide a 30-day return guarantee to maintain great customer care and support. The period of 30 days will be beginning from the date of placement of your order.
- Kindly note that we will only accept products that are in unopened original packaging due to health and hygiene factors.
- The customer must pay for the return shipping costs.
- If the product is lost in transportation, no compensation will be made.
- If a customer is interested in tracking the return of the product, please check with the logistics company or post office.
- The period for the refund for the returned product will be two weeks. A refund will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks.
- Items that were originally bought from third-party dealers or authorized dealers cannot be returned directly to us.
